You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Botdesk and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or to Botdesk.
